Toolmaking is one of our core competencies:

We are continuously developing our minting dies and tools. Our aim is to build the finest, highest quality and most durable minting tools. We invest all the necessary resources in our in-house innovation workshop with sustainability in mind.

Thanks to our 3D laser processing in the micro-engraving sector, new minting tools can be produced within a few hours. We have access to outstanding mechanical equipment in the areas of spark erosion, CNC milling, high-pressure water jets, and hardening technology. We are therefore flexible and adaptable to you and your requirements.

We also work to the highest standards of precision. A surface analysis with a 3D laser microscope showed that we can achieve a polish in the nanometer range for the surface evenness of our tools.
